Electrical works to the drive thru restaurants included ventilation reinstallation, wiring of all outdoor signage and upgrades to all internal lighting, fire alarms and disabled alarms to current safety standards. Refurbishment works to the plumbing system in all toilets was also undertaken.

BRB carried out the works alongside other trades to ensure that the client was able to deliver the fast track program in a timely manner. The works were carried out at a rate of 26 premises a year, with a similar program agreed for 2011.
