Location: Bridge of Allan, Stirling

Conversion of B listed building into 15 luxury flats. Plumbing works included bathroom suite installations, mains gas and water and full testing of all drainage. Electrical works included general lighting and power, under floor heating installation, door entry systems, intruder alarms, stair lighting, TV and satellite systems and external decorative lighting.

Worked were carried out along with building control to standards set by Historic Scotland and Stirling council as located in conservation area.
